Park Hotel

The restaurant was out of food at 9pm even though it stays open until 10pm. Breakfast was offered for free after we complained, and it was okay. The gentleman at the front desk apologized, but I still wouldn't stay here again. We were a couple traveling with a child and stayed three nights. The room wasn't cleaned or the beds made on the second night, though the water was replaced and the towels changed. After the first night, the cleaner had replaced the water and fixed the beds but left the dirty cups and didn't refill the coffee stand. I've never had to make my own bed in a hotel. The location is good, a short walk to the city center, but the rooms are dated. In summer they get hot, and the three windows around the main bed let in plenty of light because the curtains don't block the sun.

It's in a very good spot close to the city centre, and the people were friendly. Still, there are several things that could be improved. The reception staff don't speak English, and the shower needed maintenance. There were spiderwebs in the room, and the lights in the reception, restaurant, and corridors were always off, so the hotel felt kind of dark. Room service didn't include making the bed, which went undone for the whole week.

The stay was peaceful and we got what we needed. Breakfast was lovely, fresh and homemade. We also attended a wedding there, and the food was good and the staff were nice. A nice hotel!

We had a really nice time at this hotel. The people working there were lovely, especially in the Restaurant, and the whole experience was a pleasure.
