If you want to sleep in, this place isn't for you. On Saturday, staff were banging chairs and moving tables at 6:59 a.m., then started vacuuming at 8. Otherwise, it's a decent hotel.

The staff were wonderful, the food was amazing, and the location is lovely. My room is a bit small, but it's great for one person. I'd highly recommend this place.

The food was varied and kept topped up, and both the coffee and desserts were great. I felt welcome thanks to the very kind woman at reception and in the restaurant, and it made me want to return. The room was clean and good, with the market square right next door, which was a big plus.

The restaurant staff were polite, helpful, and very nice. I'm giving the hotel four stars because I arrived a few hours early and found the room almost as cold as outdoors. The ladies seemed to have forgotten to switch on the radiator. It was a manageable inconvenience, but the room took a very long time to warm up after I turned it on. Hotel staff should remember details like that, especially at this time of year.

We had dinner in the hotel restaurant one evening. I really liked the slow-cooked BBQ ribs, and my colleagues were just as happy with their meals. In the morning, there's a lovingly prepared breakfast buffet. It's a small, well-run hotel in Swiebodzin, with immaculately kept rooms and furnishings and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!
