The location is good, and there's a small courtyard. The rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a refrigerator, electric stove, kettle, dishes, and two washing machines. Communication with the young owner was very good, though he was a little dismissive when the price we agreed on by phone, 70 PLN per person, became 90 PLN at payment. He let it go.

The owner is friendly, and his offers are very reasonable. Both the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. I liked this place a lot and highly recommend Chestnut Tree. Anyone who stays there won't regret it.
