The place is very clean and peaceful, with a natural feel. The decor isn't the newest, but it has its own character. Our double room had comfortable beds, towels, and a kettle. The owner made breakfast herself, including homemade bread and cake with a variety of fruit. The owners were so welcoming and clearly run the guesthouse with heart. Thank you for looking after us.

Good atmosphere, and not bad at all for the price.

Willa Pałacyk has a feel unlike anywhere else I've stayed. The rooms have been freshly renovated in a really distinctive style. It's close to the Spa House and ski slopes, which makes it a handy spot for a winter break. I hadn't realized Świeradów had so many things to do, with everything I needed nearby.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and parking was right outside the hotel. Being in the center of Świeradów-Zdrój made it a great starting point for excursions.

The owner was so helpful when I arranged a late, last-minute stay. She sent clear directions, then checked that we'd managed to get in and that everything was all right. The palace is charming and right in the city center. You can see it's well cared for, with the older rooms being renovated. I recommend staying here.
