Apartament Muszelka

I'd rate the apartment a solid 4 out of 5. The rooms are perfectly livable, and the sea is an easy walk away. Lidl is also walkable, though a little farther. There was no TV or air conditioning, and with either of those I might have given it 5. As for service, I'm not sure who replaced the toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid. If the tenants took care of those things, then there wasn't really service; if the owners did, there was. So I'd put that somewhere in the middle.

The owners were kind and helpful, and I was delighted with my stay at "Muszelka." My room was small but well arranged, while the shared kitchen for three rooms had everything you might have at home, plus coffee, several kinds of tea, herbs, sugar and spices. The place was clean, tidy and elegant. The location is hard to beat: the beach is a three-minute walk, and a grocery shop, post office, bus stops and other services are right nearby. There's a bike rental next to the building and a souvenir shop in the basement. I'd gladly come back. Thanks to the hosts, and see you soon. All the stars, plus another TEN!

We had our own chairs and table in the room, which gave us plenty of privacy, and towels and cozy bedding were provided. The place was more than adequate, and everything was spotless. We stayed five days and four nights, all on the first floor. We were welcomed warmly and shown around. Room 1 had a futon about 160 cm wide, a little cramped, with just one large blanket. The kitchen was shared among all four rooms, with a refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, loose coffee and filters, tea, a hot plate, sugar, salt and more. The owner seemed to be the one who turned on the dishwasher. The rooms carry a lot of noise, which you need to be okay with. We didn't notice any air conditioning for summer.

The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and made an effort to help guests feel at home. It's a peaceful spot near the beach and promenade, and the website photos are a fair match for the rooms.
