What’s shown in the photos doesn’t really match what you get. Furniture and appliances that are faulty either stay that way or get a superficial fix, often with excuses. Getting a refund or replacement takes a difficult negotiation. That’s not good customer service, and the whole experience was disappointing.
6/10
The place didn’t live up to its photos at all, and the descriptions stayed vague instead of giving concrete details. I sent emails with specific questions and got no reply, so I already suspected the offer wouldn’t match what was advertised. Then there were major problems, including a stove that didn’t work and no internet. We were told these issues would be fixed "in the next few days". Between that and the service, this is absolutely NOT recommended. Very disappointing.
