The location makes it easy to get to the city center and promenade, as well as the spa park and marina. There’s parking available, and some apartments even have a lovely water view. The units give a high-quality, modern impression, with contemporary amenities including smart home features. I particularly liked the thoughtfully designed floor plans and spacious balconies. A very well-rounded concept.
Apartment no. 46 was very well equipped, with a large bathroom and a great corner balcony overlooking the harbor channel. The sofa bed corner, though, was a nightmare to sleep on. I woke up feeling battered, and that’s what led to my low rating.
