Apartamenty Swinoujscie - Villa Concha

The apartment was in a quiet spot, and the owners were very friendly. It was spotless and well cared for. We had a lovely holiday and it’s a great place to stay, despite a frustrating arrival. We reached Swinoujscie for a weekend and arrived at 6 p.m., tired from the trip. The key code in the booking confirmation email didn’t work. Once we got the right one, we were told the apartment wouldn’t be ready until 8 p.m. because it still needed cleaning. We were annoyed that we couldn’t go straight in, so we went for a drink. Around 8:30, after asking again, we finally got the correct code and entered. Then we found there were no towels or bed linens, even though they’d been advertised. The owners said someone would come at 10 p.m. (!!) with them. By then, there was no toilet paper either.

I was surprised that the accommodation had everything that had been promised, and it was excellent overall. A few things for the landlord to fix: the email didn’t include the room number, dishes and towels were missing, and there were no German TV channels. Even so, everything else was great 👌. I don’t often say this, but I highly recommend it. Thank you to the landlord.

We were five for a weekend and can highly recommend the apartment. It was clean, had a beautiful view, and the location was great. Service was excellent too.

The Swine and ship views are fantastic, but I’ve decided I won’t stay here for a while. The apartment was the same as last year, yet this time the elevator was out for three days, there was no bed sheet for the fifth person, and the cleaners hadn’t emptied the dishwasher before we arrived. There was no awning or parasol, so when the sun was out you couldn’t stand sitting on the balcony. We also had to watch out for cigarette butts thrown over by the people upstairs.
