The rooms are new, clean, and nicely placed near the beach and promenade. There's a good spa area, and you can book a massage on site. But the Wi-Fi is a joke, and it should be easy to fix. We also heard noise from nearby apartments, especially from families who didn't follow the house rules. The chairs slide around on the floors whenever someone moves them, which is another easy fix. Rooms at the back of the building have no balconies. Don't stay here if you're traveling without kids.

The rooms looked just like the photos and were tastefully decorated, creating a lovely atmosphere. Staff were courteous, and the receptionist was especially pleasant even though communication in English and German was a bit difficult. My one small complaint is that the pillows could be thicker for more comfort.

The place is in an amazing location, and the service was great. Everything was clean, new, and modern, and the staff were super friendly. The room even had free water and drinks, a nice touch. It's one of the best aparthotels I've stayed in, and the best place to stay in Świnoujście. I really recommend it to everyone.

We had a really bad experience. When a problem came up, we couldn't reach the staff, and it was very noisy at night. It felt as if guests didn't matter to this hotel and only the money did.

There was no air conditioning, and the bedroom window couldn't be opened.
