The location is good and the rooms are nice, but the service was poor. Trying to find the reception or front desk, or call them, was hopeless. They simply didn't answer, and I spent an hour trying to find anyone who could help me check in. Nice place, bad service experience.

The apartments are in a handy spot in town, right on the main colonnade with its restaurants, ice cream stands, snack places, shops, and more. The beach is only a few hundred meters away. Our rooms looked decent, but for a family of five the space was a bit tight. The regular bed in the second room was fine, while the sofa bed creaked quite a lot and wasn't very comfortable. If you pay extra for breakfast and dinner, you eat at the Radisson, directly opposite the Baltic Fort apartments. The food quality is first-class, and the buffet lets you eat as much as you like, including all kinds of snacks. Breakfast had a rich selection, but it was the same each day, so after five days we'd tried everything. The dining room was also very crowded every morning with guests from Radisson, Hilton, Baltic Fort, and Baltic Lofts. Dinner was much less busy and, in my view, better, with something different on the menu each day. A nice extra was a free one-hour visit to the water park in the area every day. We made good use of it, and the children especially enjoyed the slides. The fastest red one is really brutal, though. Bear in mind this isn't a hotel. There was no staff in the building, and nobody cleaned or took out the rubbish unless you specifically asked. The only person we saw during our stay was the receptionist at check-in and check-out, and reception is completely outside the building. Parking is the biggest problem, as it is in tourist areas across Poland. It's always paid and quite expensive around Baltic Fort. I looked into alternatives and found a large free lot at the yacht harbor, about 1.1 km away or a 15-minute walk through a pleasant park. We used it, and whenever we needed the car, I'd go get it and bring it to the apartment for the rest of the family.

The rooftop pool and jacuzzi really top it off. We had the best short break here, and the apartment was spotless, modern, and well equipped. Such a lovely place for a relaxing stay with a bit of luxury. I'd happily recommend it.

The place looks modern and stylish, but the attention to guests and the little details just isn't there. The room service is included, though very basic, and the apartments are missing practical things: no coffee maker despite it appearing in lots of photos, nowhere to dry wet swimwear or towels, and not enough dishes for five people in a six-person apartment. The rooms have three TVs on 45 square meters, but that doesn't help with those basics. If you ask for help, nobody seems to take responsibility. Getting around is also difficult with so many roadworks in the area. There isn't a dedicated hotel office, and the general office is hard to find and poorly informed about the rooms, local attractions, and even traffic. The elevator gets stuck daily, and it takes a while to get rescued. In an emergency, communication was a real mess. No English, German, or another language we knew, perhaps Polish, which unfortunately we don't speak.

A good little spot for a weekend getaway, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We had dinner at Torres and it was excellent, the chef was great. Four of us had beers, starters, and main courses, and the bill came to only 170 euros.
