The house is tucked at the end of the street, beyond number 3c, so keep going. 😁 We had a lovely stay with the grandparents, our child, and our dog. The hosts were lovely, and the quiet was what made the place feel like a luxury. We had what we needed, including towels and bed linen, coffee, water, cooking spices, and games for adults and kids. We were delighted and will definitely come back.

The location was the best part: close to the water, with good fishing within walking distance by the old submarine harbor, and the ferry almost right outside. The rooms were small but usable and fairly clean. We rented two of the three rooms in what felt like a small apartment; a young couple and their baby were in the third, and we could hear every word through the paper thin walls, even whispers. Sleep was impossible for those in the other two rooms. The landlady also kept her laundry room in the apartment, and the washer and dryer rattled all weekend. In October it was cold, but after the first evening the heat in the shared kitchen and dining room had been switched off in a way that meant we couldn't turn it back on. We ate breakfast and dinner quickly in the freezing room, then went back to our cramped rooms, where three people couldn't even fit to play cards. All in all, a very disappointing stay.

Everything was clean and lovely at this peaceful place, with all the amenities. My only drawback was that guests couldn't use a washing machine, though I know that won't matter to everyone.

The area is quiet and peaceful, and you're close to everything. It's also great for cycling, since the route to the beach stays flat the whole way.
