A water park nearby is especially handy on bad weather days, and the Radisson's sky pool has a lovely viewing platform. The Baltic Park complex sits between the promenade and the beach in Świnoujście, with everything connected by underground walkways, so you can get around without going outside when the weather turns. There are also plenty of restaurants if you don't want to eat out. The staff were very friendly and everything was very clean. The whole setup is done really well. I'm a bit unsure about the building's condition, though, and wonder what it will look like in 5-10 years. We'll be back.

We won't be coming back to this town or hotel. It's a shame, because the promenade, beach, and sea looked really nice, but we found it hard to enjoy the surrounding restaurants and their food wasn't a culinary highlight. The reception staff were extremely unfriendly, condescending, and inhospitable. Check-in and check-out were both a disaster. We felt tourists, especially German guests, weren't welcome, and our children weren't welcome either. Other staff around town were unfriendly too, which we still don't understand. My children also experienced no hospitality. I've traveled almost all over the world and haven't encountered service this unfriendly anywhere else. The apartment had adequate furnishings, but it wasn't warm enough or properly clean. We had to make the children's extra bed ourselves, and there was no cleaning during our stay. At €300 per night in October, the value for money was completely unacceptable.

The location is perfect, and the apartment was lovely. It had everything we needed, including a washing machine, dishwasher, comfortable beds, and TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Wonderful all around!
