The apartment itself was otherwise fine, but the service was abysmal. Before travelling, all we were sent was the apartment address, with no warning that check-in reception was 3 km away. When we called, we were passed around Poland because nobody seemed to care. Check-in took two hours alongside many other holidaymakers who were just as frustrated. The apartment was also missing two beds, so we had to buy two mattresses from Jysk. Vacation Club gives the impression that it's right on the Baltic Sea, but it rents apartments across Świnoujście and scatters guests around town. Still, Świnoujście is a beautiful city, with friendly people and lots to do.
