A really nice place to stay, with its own parking space and the promenade right nearby.

The reception staff were polite and helpful, and we felt comfortable in the apartment. It was very clean, though some basics were missing: no toaster, dish towel, sink plug, pot holders, or clothespins. The shower floor is slippery, so grab bars on the walls would help. The internet kept cutting out during our stay. There were only a few German TV channels, which we’ve run into in other apartments too, and we don’t like it. They explained that satellite dishes would cost too much to install.

The service was terrible, and the rooms were dirty and in bad shape. In the photos, there’s a nice wardrobe, but the one in the corridor is awful and one cabinet is locked. I don’t recommend it.

We’re back at Villa Park for the third time. It’s peaceful despite being close to the beach, promenade, and spa park. The grounds are fenced, and there’s shaded parking.
