The staff were really good on both of our stays, and the rooms have good air-conditioning and very nice toiletries. Breakfast was another plus, with eggs made fresh and good coffee. Cleanliness needs attention, though. On our last visit, the carpet hadn't been vacuumed, the mattress was very dirty, and the bathroom floor felt sticky. We only noticed the mattress because the sheet was too small. Some things also feel dated, like the taps, toilet seats and a few bed sheets. It could be a really nice, fancy hotel if those details were updated.

I never stayed overnight, so this is just about the restaurant. I rarely give five stars because a place has to really impress me, and this one has made my day every time I've stopped in. Same thing happened today. It's bright, fresh and modern inside. The service is incredibly friendly, polite and helpful, and the food is tasty, made with fresh organic ingredients and beautifully served. Today I had leek cream soup and chicken livers my way, with gnocchi, fried sauerkraut and kurkowy sauce. I'll keep stopping here on trips to Warsaw. Highly recommend it if you appreciate quality.

The price is a bit higher than at other hotels in the region, but I think it's worth it. The rooms are a good size and clean, and the staff are nice and speak English too. I'd book here again on my next trip.

We were here for a conference and got upgraded to a suite. It had a super king-size bed and a sofa that turned into a very comfortable double bed. The hotel is lovely, and the staff are helpful. Breakfast service was especially good, they went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. The room temperature was very good, WiFi was free and the TV was good too. It's very close to the motorway. I'd highly recommend it for a short business visit.

We had a great one-hour massage, and the wellness team were kind and helpful. The hammam and sauna were lovely because the facilities were private, so we had them to ourselves for 30 minutes. The hot tub with champagne and kanapki was relaxing too. Prices were super cheap for the quality: a one-hour massage for two, sauna, hammam and hot tub cost less than €100. The clean bathroom and quiet room were good, but the mattress was poor quality and left us expecting stiff necks in the morning. The reception didn't feel client-oriented. We asked there for towels because our room had none, but never got them. After two nights we were out of shower gel and shampoo, and the cleaning lady never came. As a couple from Western Europe, we were shocked that a "double bedroom" meant two separate single beds. And while the website says the kitchen is open until 10 pm, it actually closes at 8. After our spa visit we were hungry at 8:30 and just wanted something quick to eat. Why not serve dinner then?
