Pieniny Grand Szczawnica-Destigo Hotels

The spa was pleasant, with steam baths and a swimming pool, and our room was comfortable with a great balcony view. The hotel also gave us two coffees, which was a nice touch. One small thing: there are no water dispensers in the spa. It would be nice for guests to have water near the steam baths.

The friendly staff really stood out, taking extra care to make sure I was comfortable. My room was spotless and fresh, and had a stunning view of the ski slopes. I also loved the pool, with its clear water and lovely atmosphere. After a day on the slopes, the excellent sauna and spa facilities were just what I needed to relax. From the warm welcome onward, the service impressed me. I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Pieniny Grand in Szczawnica, Poland. I highly recommend it for a luxurious, rejuvenating getaway in Szczawnica. Five stars aren't enough, I'd give it ten if I could!

Having coffee on the balcony in the morning and taking in the view was lovely. The rooms and sky bar both have spectacular views, and paying extra for a higher floor is worth it to enjoy them. There's a beautiful pool area, delicious food, and a big, high-quality breakfast buffet. The gym is proper too, with a squat rack and heavy weights. Highly recommended.

We reserved a table at the Sky Bar during our summer stay in Szczawnica, as reservations were required then. Before we went, I was assured we could order from the menu and have the food brought up to the bar. But when we tried, we were told we had to go to the restaurant on the lower level and order there. Meanwhile, three people at the next table were allowed to order and have their food served at the Sky Bar. When we asked the barman/server why we couldn't do the same, he looked embarrassed and couldn't explain. Guest service at a five-star hotel and bar needs a lot of improvement.
