Dinner turned out far better than we expected from a hotel restaurant. The pork loin with mushrooms and asparagus was cooked just right, and the Hungarian-style potato pancake with goulash was a great match. The menu price doesn't include the suggested sides, though. They have high chairs, and while the meal was excellent, service dragged a bit. We also noticed the young servers checking their phones a lot. We were well placed near a lovely park and the main promenade. The front desk staff were fantastic and sorted out refrigeration for us. They also put us in a room away from other guests so our toddler wouldn't disturb anyone. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including lovely crepes filled with sweetened cheese. The older woman serving breakfast was kind and attentive.

The rooms are clean and very basic, with no shower curtain. I'm not sure whether that's typical in Poland. There was no iron or ironing board either. At check-in, the receptionist didn't speak English, and I don't speak Polish since I'm from Mexico. She was kind and made an effort to explain the room number and other details. I still found it a good place to stay.

Breakfast was good, and the restaurant itself was okay, but the service there felt understaffed and not attentive, just as other people have mentioned. The Wi-Fi was fine, and most rooms were quite okay too. The beds were okay as well, though the main electrical switch in many rooms makes a noisy sound that can get really annoying. I turn it off to sleep, which means I can't charge my devices. Frustrating.

I had a really lovely stay. Everyone working here was kind and helpful, and Mrs.Jagoda in the breakfast room especially stood out. She made a real effort to make guests feel special and looked after.

There are two room sizes, large and small, so I'd choose the front building where the larger ones are. The restaurant is good and serves dinner late. Their soup in bread is one of the best I've had.
