The location was the one thing that matched the Booking.com listing. The apartment had an unpleasant smell throughout, somewhat like a sewage leak, and the photos made it look better than it was. There was mold across the walls and ceiling, while the leaking toilet and broken oven felt minor by comparison. I also saw a red-orange stain on the radiator, probably left by the previous tenant.

The owner was friendly, and the price felt affordable for the quality. The apartments are right in the city center, with parking and an elevator. I recommend the one- or two-room options: they have comfortable beds and mattresses, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with everything from a toaster to pots and pans, and clean bathrooms.

We stayed a few days with the family, and it was hard to find anything to complain about. The rooms were clean and equipped for cooking, sleeping, and washing up. The owner was great, and the price was good too. Right in the heart of Szczecin, close to everything, with parking and an elevator so we didn't have to haul our things up the stairs. I'd recommend it.

The apartments are spacious, with one- and two-room options, single and double beds, comfortable mattresses, and a balcony. In the center of the city, there’s a Biedronka store, cinema, gym, cafe, and bus stop nearby. The kitchen has the dishes and cutlery needed for cooking, plus an electric kettle, microwave, and toaster. Coffee and tea are provided, and there’s also an iron and hairdryer. The bathrooms were clean. Having both an elevator and parking was a big plus.
