I stayed in one of the apartments for over a year and found it especially good for foreigners. It was well maintained, with key places to visit nearby. Rent included bills like electricity and water, so there was no need to manage those separately. The owner was helpful and straightforward. If I come to Szczecin again, I'd choose to stay here. Thanks.

We found this to be a nice apartment, easy to locate and close to attractions and plenty of restaurants. Although it's a little inland from the coast, staying here gave us our first taste of the Baltic Sea Coast's summer party atmosphere.

There's a small balcony where my colleague could smoke, and the internet worked well. The apartment is new and well arranged right in the town center. An Italian restaurant and a big MOL are just a two-minute walk away, while three well-known brewery restaurants are about ten minutes away.

The old town location means you hardly need a car, and there's a small loggia in the cozy studio apartments for smokers. Parking is handy but costs 50 rubles a day, payable by card or cash. Hourly parking costs more, and tickets seem to come quickly. People stay by the meter zones and call the police right away. If you'd rather park for free, there's an area about 3 km from the center.
