We were very pleased with our stay. The bed was soft and comfortable; the first night we had to adjust to the feeling of “floating,” but woke rested and without back pain. The neighborhood was quiet, and the apartment was great for two, with a view of the world’s tallest bungee jumping tower. Two trams stop right outside, making it easy to get downtown. Entry by code was hassle-free, and the apartment had everything listed. We did miss having a really sharp knife for bread rolls; the ones provided tore the bread instead of cutting it. That’s a small thing. The black lamps and bedside table also had dust on them, though it keeps accumulating anyway. We highly recommend it. 😁

The property’s entry codes didn’t work, leaving our guests stranded at the door. There’s no reception desk on site, and no contact number for one, if there is one. When we reported the problem, the property’s only response was, “sorry we didn't use the rooms.” They then canceled the Booking reservation while keeping all the money. Apparently they didn’t want to pay the commission or let us leave a negative review on Booking. That would explain why their Booking rating is reasonable while their Google rating isn’t. I didn’t look into them closely enough and fell for the offer, wasting my money and embarrassing myself in front of guests we’d promised accommodation to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this property.

The rooms were okay, and the towels and bedding were fine, but the cleanliness was disappointing. The dishes were dirty, the windows looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the bed boards were cracked.

For work, the apartment has what you need and is close to a Lidl and a bus into the city center. Parking is limited, and renovations are a downside, but the place itself is perfectly fine for a business stay.
