The building is under construction right now, and some guests used the washing machine in the middle of the night, making a lot of noise. Parking is on the road. Still, the room was very clean and tidy, and the owner was good to us, letting us check out an hour late.

We slept well in the quiet area, and the terrace was huge. The owner was so kind and waited for us until midnight :)) Breakfast was great, and there is free street parking.

For a basic overnight stay, it was okay. We rented a room for five for the weekend at 90 PLN per person from Saturday to Sunday. There's a Żabka just 10 meters from the gate, and parking next to the building has cameras. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the blinds and air conditioning were useful. It could have been cleaner, though, and the tap water was purple 🤷 (videos added). For a family with a child over a weekend, I'd prefer somewhere worse.

The owner is lovely and helpful, and Żabka right next door is a real plus. Our room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom looks newly renovated. I recommend the place.

The mattress was comfortable, and having a frog club next door was a plus. But it was hard to find and get into the place, and the entrance was dark. The room didn't look like the photos. The rooms were dingy and unclean, and although the bedding looked clean, it seemed as though it hadn't been washed in 20 years. In the morning, the standard coffee was missing. I don't recommend it at all.
