The staff were really friendly, but I’d suggest a bit more flexibility. At the moment, the rules feel quite rigid, with access from 1400 to 2000 Uhr. It’s odd that the doors don’t open until 1400, and early check-in wasn’t possible even though rooms were unoccupied. There also wasn’t much focus on social activities in the hostel.

It was very quiet while we were there, and the owner was really friendly. Clean and well maintained, it feels more like a small hotel than a hostel. Recommend!

When I questioned the 40pln fee for checking in outside the usual hours, the hotel "manager" told me I should book Marriot or Radisson instead. That was really poor customer service.

The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean. The host was so friendly, too, and the location was great. Such a lovely hostel all around!

Everyone on staff was really friendly. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
