I was delighted with how spacious the apartments were, and the tasteful furnishings made them among the most beautiful in Szczecin. They were impeccably clean, well equipped, and just as pictured. The location is excellent, and arranging key collection caused no problems. They’re up in the attic of a tenement building with no elevator, so carrying heavy bags or getting around with walking difficulties could be inconvenient. Still, I’d definitely recommend the place and make it my first choice for a stay in Szczecin.

We cancelled our stay because of the owners’ fault, but the money still hasn’t been returned to my account. The lady had promised a refund, yet has barely been in touch and now completely denies responsibility. From what I know, we weren’t the first guests to be treated this way. I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone. For the price, the standard was very, very low. We waited a good 30 minutes for directions to the apartment, then found that other guests had just left. The lady said she’d made a mistake. The toilet seat was already dirty, and the bed was completely broken and impossible to sleep on. A gentleman was meant to come during our stay to repair it.

The stairwell was gloomy and smelled of the sea, with damp running down the walls. People who had been drinking were occupying it, and they didn’t look particularly well off. For an apartment that looked like the photos, I’d expected a much nicer entrance.

The place was clean and tidy, just as shown in the pictures, and had plenty of amenities. Check-in was straightforward, and the location is practically in the city centre. The rooms are finished to a very high standard.
