Hotel Novotel Szczecin Centrum

Even with a busy avenue nearby, the rooms are quite quiet. My executive room had plenty of space, a comfortable double bed, and a good-sized bathroom with an excellent shower. The hotel is well located near the bus terminal and within walking distance of several attractions. Great hotel, I'd recommend it.

Dinner at the restaurant could be difficult with kids because service was very slow. The food there was flavourful and delicious, though, and breakfast had a good range for both adults and children. The hotel is very nice and definitely kid-friendly. The kids' corner is a relaxing spot for parents too, since children can play safely while you have a coffee. The staff were polite and friendly throughout. Special thanks to the morning buffet team, Maja, Martyna, Gosia and Natalia. They were thoughtful with the kids, bringing extra hot chocolate for my 5 year old, providing special baby cutlery for my 1 year old, and quickly cleaning up the mess my baby made. A big thumbs up to the hotel and its staff.

The rooms are a bit worn, but still really good overall. The location is great, and the staff are helpful and welcoming, with nice service. The underground parking is heated, which is a real plus in winter.

I come to Szczecin several times each year for work and have tried a few hotels. This is my favourite, and I'll keep choosing it whenever rooms are available. It's easy to walk into the city from here, and there's parking underneath. Rooms are always clean and get cleaned daily. Breakfast is tasty with lots of choice, and the hotel has a great gym and sauna, all included in the price.
