The basement kitchen is well equipped and nice, but the owners need to deal with the bedbug problem. It’s a health hazard. Beware of room number 15. There was mildew on the windows, stains, and I had bites from the bedbugs. See pictures. Luckily, bedbugs don’t carry disease.

Do not recommend this place if you expect comfort, cleanliness, or a homey feeling. You need to be ready to check out as early as 10 am, or staff will knock and remind you to leave. If you still decide to stay the night, bring your own towels, pillow covers, and even toilet paper.

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was nice, and the kitchen had all the facilities we needed. We were there with our little baby. A special thank you to Renata, the cool brunette girl at reception. She was very responsible! ❤️

The location is good, and it’s a very nice building, but the rooms are plain and the place needs a lot of TLC. Things are falling apart and it needs a thorough clean. Reception could also use more customer service training. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The staff were friendly, and after I complained in the evening they offered me another room. I’d already unpacked, though, so I decided to stay put. That was my mistake. I was in room 5 beside the second entrance, and whenever people used its heavy steel door, it slammed loudly enough to shake my room. It went on until 2 a.m. and started again at 5, since the main entrance was locked. I got no sleep. The bathroom also smelled strongly of sewer. Once again, this made me feel that people in Stettin and Poland show no consideration for others. Loud and self-centered.
