Apartament Marron

We stayed in ground-floor apartment 3 at Dream Apartment from December 26, 2024, to January 2, 2025, and left disappointed. The apartment didn’t match its online description. The Booking.com photos may show units with mountain views, but ours faced parked cars. All the parking spaces were taken, so we had to leave our car by the bins. There were lots of problems inside: a dirty wall beside the stove, a broken WiFi router, dirty floors, cobwebs in every corner, and damaged drawers in the TV cabinet. The chairs wobbled, other drawers were broken, and there were trash bins near the sofa. There was little tableware, and only one working electrical outlet in the main room, so we had to put the electric kettle on the induction hob. There was no microwave or oven, and no towel radiator or other place to dry ski gear or towels after a shower. We reported the problems and were given WiFi access from the neighboring apartment, which caused inconvenience for our friends. Service, cleanliness, and equipment were all highly disappointing. We don’t recommend it.
