For 40 PLN per person, the guest room is great value. You have to judge the place in light of the price, since this isn’t an apartment costing 300 PLN a night. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the kitchenette had all the appliances we needed. The grounds and building are well cared for. You can tell someone keeps up with the rooms and property.

A lovely place, with very kind and helpful owners. The area is beautiful.

The neighborhood is nice and the house is near the city center, but the inside feels very basic, like time stopped there around 1980. For the price, though, the standard seems about right. The rooms have single beds and no towels. There’s a shower, but the bathtub is missing a stopper, so bathing isn’t possible. The shared kitchen downstairs smells strongly of damp. The owners are young, but seemed to have no idea how to run a guesthouse. They didn’t seem concerned about whether guests were happy or needed anything. They were very loud, especially on weekends, and seemed more focused on partying and alcohol. I don’t recommend staying here.

The rooms were cold, with drafty windows and thin walls. Shower water was cold too, so the bathtub was the option. The owners were friendly and the atmosphere was good. It could work for a budget trip, as long as you don’t expect miracles.
