We couldn’t have picked a better place, and five stars hardly feels like enough. It’s a historic, charming cottage that the owner has clearly put a lot of work and love into, with a warm, family-home feel. The coffee was the best we’ve ever had, and breakfast on the terrace was delicious with a beautiful view. It’s a lovely place to rest physically and spiritually. We’ll definitely come back, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Right in the city center but away from the crowds, with a lovely garden, beautiful rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere. The owner is wonderful. It has charm and class without any fuss. Recommended.

The views of Szrenica from the room are beautiful, and the hostess is very nice. This is a house with real character and a history going back to 1796. The rooms are lovely, and the Szrenica lift is only about 450 meters away. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend staying here. Stanisław 11 July 2024

My parents went to Szklarska Poręba for the weekend and booked “Occlestwo u Pani Dorota”. They didn’t have to pay a deposit or anything in advance, and they got a text confirming the reservation. But when they arrived, they were told there was no room for them because everything was occupied and there had been some kind of mistake. They were left to find another place themselves. That’s irresponsible. My parents and I won’t recommend this place. It’s going to remain a bad memory. This isn’t how you treat guests.
