The breakfast was good and there was plenty to eat. The center is only a 3-minute walk away, so there's no uphill trek, and parking is available, though it was very icy. The room had no kettle or glasses, which would have made things more comfortable since the hotel only serves breakfast. There was also a bad smell from the jacuzzi. I work for a cleaning company, so I pay close attention to cleanliness. At first the place looked clean, but the room smelled unpleasant, and there was dust on the curtains and all over the lamps. The bathroom was in better shape, but the shower was broken and its head had no hose. For the price, you can't expect much more.

The rooms have little beyond beds and a TV, and the bathroom is a disaster. The balcony has cracked tiles, and there's no kettle, glasses, or refrigerator. The sauna and jacuzzi were closed. At around 250 złoty a night without breakfast, this is a poor deal. It feels like time stopped in the 1960s, and homeless people in a shelter have better conditions. Anyone who cares about comfort should avoid it. The Sanitary Inspectorate (SANEPID) or the State Labor Inspectorate should investigate this place. Frankly, facilities like this should be closed from the outset, since they damage the image of accommodation as a whole.

The jacuzzi visit at this so-called spa left me with a severe allergic reaction within moments, which I believe was caused by expired detergent left out beside it in a public area, against basic hygiene rules. I had to cut my stay short because of the allergy. I can't help wondering what might have happened if children had used the bath and taken an interest in the detergent. The hotel also refused to refund the unused part of my paid stay. I warn people against going here. This isn't a hotel, more like a mid-range hostel, and the service was abysmal. The owner is a company with a questionable legal reputation. Money, health, and nerves all wasted. Disgusting is the only word I have for the place.

There was no refrigerator, but the large balcony could serve as one. Tea was available all day, and there was a microwave in the dining room downstairs. Breakfast was okay. The room was large with a nice bathroom, and the sauna was small but worked. The jacuzzi and whirlpool bathtub didn't work, though, and the balcony door leaked. Staff were friendly but a bit confused. The hotel closed on January 6, 2022. It has potential, and I'd rate it higher if everything worked. Being near the city center is a definite plus, while its tucked-away location means there's no hustle and bustle. The nearby road wasn't a problem, but plastic balcony dividers flying around at night were.
