The hostel was spotless, to the point that most people just walked around in their socks. The host was easygoing and friendly, and he adjusted when our group size changed by bringing in extra beds. The prices felt fair too. I'll be back to willa Uroboros.

Three days before our trip, they cancelled our booking, claiming our cards were invalid. It seemed strange, so I called to ask what was going on, but the man hung up as soon as he heard my question. The next time I called, I got voicemail, and they haven't answered in the booking app either. Both cards were valid. I used one to make another booking an hour later with no problem. It feels like they simply didn't want me to stay, and handled it in the worst possible way.

The owner was cheerful. It's a solid four-floor hotel with parking and breakfast, in a building that has cultural heritage features. The room itself is plain, and a few things need fixing, but the beds and bathroom are okay.

My things were literally stolen. Everything was messy, and they served raw eggs for food. When I asked for another room, they laughed at me and expected me to clean it. A 1/100 experience.
