The rooms are beautifully designed, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it's easy to get to the town square. After a long day, it was a pleasure to come back and relax. I'd definitely book here again when we return.

Great communication from the hotel, and it's a very clean place in an unbeatable location. Breakfast is good too, if you choose to have it.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything was spotless and beautifully furnished. Just off the old town square, the location made it easy to walk to whatever we needed. A perfect stay in Tarnow!

The location was perfect for us, and the apartment was lovely and clean. We appreciated being able to collect our luggage later before leaving, and when we return to Tarnow, we'd plan to stay here again. We slept well on the comfortable bed, and the heated bathroom floor was a welcome treat in the morning. The fridge kept our dinner leftovers fresh, and we could quickly make tea or coffee before heading out on cold mornings. The Wi-Fi worked well for what we needed. The shower water was only warm, not hot. We didn't ask about it during our stay, though I'm sure we could have asked for help if we'd been staying longer. The towel warmer was a nice little luxury.

The room was immaculate and worth the price, and it even had Netflix. They send a message with everything you need to get in, so there was no need for a conversation. The hotel is in the city center and easy to find with Street View. I didn't try the food.
