Breakfast was much more than I expected, and the service desk went above and beyond. Everything was very nice, with outstanding customer service and easy access. USB charging ports would be useful, though there are enough regular outlets. I’d highly recommend it and would stay here again if I’m back in town.

The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated how clean the room was. The taps were all new and worked properly, too. For the money, it’s great value, and the room had everything I might need.

Tarnow has plenty to offer despite not being as full of tourists as other cities. At the hotel, the staff were brilliant and the service was great, with excellent value for money. They only offer breakfast, which is a shame. I’d gladly book here again and highly recommend it.

8/10
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very helpful with information. They also let me check in early. It’s a nice, cozy hotel close to the railway station. Breakfast was fine, with good pancakes, though nothing special, and the breakfast room wasn’t very cozy.

It was clean and comfortable enough to make my stay enjoyable, and I’d visit again. The service was friendly, and reception has a few limited amenities. They provide an iron and ironing board, but the laundry is far too expensive and takes ages to dry. For what I paid, I’d expected a slightly better stay, though it’s a good three-star hotel.
