The service was excellent, especially the guy at reception. He deserves a raise. A great place to stay near Poznan for a business trip.

The entrance from the gas station side looks messy, so we expected the worst, but inside the hotel was clean and quiet, with nice rooms, good food, and good service. Don't let the entrance put you off if you're coming in from the gas station.
Breakfast was actually really good, though we barely slept. The room looked professional, but at that temperature I couldn't imagine getting any “business” done there. We only managed because we had a portable fan and took a cold shower to cool down. Otherwise, until midnight I would have rather slept in the car. I regretted spending about 250zl on a “business” twin room with no air conditioning and not even a fan. They should warn people, and shouldn't charge for a room like that without at least providing a fan. We got to the room around 9pm after dinner, and it was like a sauna. They hadn't opened the window for us. It had been 31 degrees Celsius during the day and was still 23 at midnight. The windows only tilt a little from the bottom hinge, so you can't open them wide to let in cooler air. I can only imagine how much worse it would have been if we'd checked in earlier. It was advertised as a “business” twin room, but it was far too hot and stuffy for work. Calling the place 3-star feels wrong to me, it should be 1-star. Without air conditioning, and with no fan, it shouldn't be allowed to advertise itself that way.
I was here with my son for a football tournament, but breakfast was always overcrowded and the kids went to their matches hungry. The restaurant staff were cold and unfriendly, which was really disappointing. I wouldn't stay here again.
The hotel is being upgraded, with an old wing and a nicely finished new one. For the price, it feels well worth it, and dinner at the hotel restaurant was nicely prepared. Getting into the hotel grounds means going through the petrol kiosk, which is a bit odd. Just find a sensible, safe way through and you'll be fine.
