The location is great, which makes it even more of a shame that the apartments were so awful. We rented two, and both were in disastrous condition. The place was filthy, from dirty cabinets to a bathroom with stains in the bin and hair left by the previous owner. There was even a rusty toilet brush in the shower. The kitchen oven and coffee machine had food remnants, and the smell was unbearable. The sofa had stains and cigarette burns, and the curtains were black with dirt and cigarette burns too. I sent the owner photos and tried to reach him by message and phone, but got no reply. I’ve never felt so disgusted. I can’t recommend this person’s services.

There was free parking and a coffee machine, and we had no problems during our stay. The owner was easy to communicate with. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated, with the Old Town close by. A great place in Toruń, I recommend it.
