The location was good, but the place wasn't clean and the service wasn't good either. Breakfast was bad. The egg tray was empty, and they refused to make more even though more guests were coming after us.

The courtyard was a pleasant spot, with trees, benches, and a little pond, and this isn’t a complaint about the hotel staff. But the room itself was appalling. The carpet and walls looked as if they hadn’t been replaced or painted in at least ten years. It was filthy and damp, the bedding was wet and dirty, and dead mosquitoes were stuck all over the walls. There was even a small spider still alive in one photo, though the pictures don’t show the full extent of the mess. The room looked like a horror movie set, and I felt the furniture should all be burned. I couldn’t sleep, even after half a bottle of wine. At least the babies slept in their buggy. The owner shouldn’t be selling rooms in this condition. This was the second-worst place I’ve ever had to sleep.

Dirty, damp bedding and dead mosquitoes stuck to the walls. The room seemed untouched by renovations for years. It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in, a truly terrible place.
