I booked six nights, but the door code didn’t work. Rentoom didn’t answer my calls or SMS. The two-line email I eventually got basically blamed me and offered no help or way to resolve it. I had to arrange a hotel, which was the only place available. I’m just lucky my things weren’t inside!

Early check-in was possible, which was a big plus, and the air conditioning worked fine, so the noise wasn’t too big a deal with the window closed. These apartments are very convenient. I’d suggest choosing a room facing the street, since tenants use the inner part of the block to drink beer and hang out, and it can get a bit louder.

The Old Town location is a huge plus, and the apartment was clean, cozy, and well equipped. Really nice place. I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely come back.

The parking details could be clearer. It’s probably best to use a public lot just outside the Old Town rather than spend too much :) We were happy with the stay. The room was comfortable and had an interesting decor, and it was generally tidy. There was what we needed for a relaxing visit. We didn’t cook, but the drink glasses were nice. The bathroom came with a hairdryer, towels, and toilet paper, which was a big plus. The breakfasts were delicious.
