The main drawback is the noise: a punk disco across the street goes on until dawn, and you can hear loud shouting in the rooms even with the windows shut. Parking is a headache too. There’s none near the apartment, and even stopping to unload can bring the city guard and a 500-zloty roadblock. I wouldn’t drive here. The nearest secure lot is 1.2km away under the PZM bridge, at Bulwar Filadelfijski 11, for PLN 35/day. There’s also an unguarded metered lot across the street. Inside, it’s a cozy, stylish apartment on the first floor of a tenement building. It has two tiny rooms, one divided only by a transparent stained-glass window, plus an open kitchen with a sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, microwave, induction cooktop, oven, coffee maker, dishes, pots, and pans. The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet, and the location is good.

The apartment is well located and has pleasant decor. The bathroom was spotless, though the kitchen needed more attention: the stove was stained, and the kettle was completely scaled up. We also couldn’t find a dishcloth. The door creaked each time we opened it, and two rolls of toilet paper for five people over three days wasn’t enough. Small things, but they do matter. And there’s NO PARKING NEAR THE APARTMENT.

Such a lovely, atmospheric apartment, and the owner was incredibly kind. The location is great too. It’s an ideal place for families with children!

I can’t recommend this place. The owner won’t return the security deposit or provide the utility bills, and doesn’t answer calls.
