Our stay was made impossible by a loud 18th birthday party on the same floor as the hotel guests. The music went on until 2 a.m., and nobody warned us before we booked. It felt like making as much profit as possible mattered more. My wife was seven months pregnant, and she couldn't sleep. The rooms were dirty and there was no hot water, so this place was dirty and unprofessional. Unacceptable. Thank you for ruining the night. This isn't over, you'll regret your behavior. Anyone thinking of booking here should choose another hotel nearby, such as Apartamenty Turek.

The bar is well equipped, and the hotel has two wings. Rooms on the bowling side are much larger and more modern, while the other wing has smaller, cheaper rooms that aren't very impressive. The bowling can get a bit noisy at night, though it wasn't a problem for me. The food is very Polish, so enjoy it if that's your kind of thing. Four stars for the .

The staff were friendly and the restaurant was nice. I booked five nights but had to leave after two because of an emergency, so I cancelled the rest of the booking. The hotel promised me a refund. I've tried contacting them several times by email and phone, but they ignore me after I get in touch. I don't think they care about their customers.
