The only downsides I can think of were the weather, which the hotel couldn’t control, and the nearest restaurant being a bit of a walk away. There was a zabka close by, though, and it did the job for supper. The room was very comfortable, and I was glad I paid extra for an en suite. Staff who spoke English gave us a warm welcome, and we had a relaxed, comfortable night. Highly recommend.

At least the receptionist was kind, but the room was awful. The stained, dirty carpets and bad smell made it unpleasant, and finding hair under the mattress made the whole stay feel disgusting.

The staff were friendly, though I didn’t find them especially helpful, and reception only had staff after 3:00 p.m., which made it hard to get assistance earlier. We spent a week here, and the hotel is in the middle of an industrial area, which won’t suit everyone. Our room was extremely tiny, with very little space. There was no housekeeping during our stay, and when we asked for fresh towels, we were told towel service was only once a week. The shared refrigerator in the lunch room was useful, but the room needed more cleaning. We saw fruit flies there. It might work for a short business trip, but cleanliness, housekeeping, and guest service all need improvement.
