Less than five minutes from the sea and promenade, this is a great location. The roughly 50-square-meter apartment had everything for four people. We came with my disabled mother, and the owner was very kind and helpful, even laying artificial grass in the yard to make wheelchair access easier. I highly recommend it.

The location is great, and getting into the rooms by code is convenient. The owner is very kind. I just wish there were a single-burner electric cooktop or a microwave for warming something up.

The owner was so helpful, and we could drop off our suitcases early so we could go enjoy the Baltic Sea. We could do the same on our way back. The room was lovely for the price, with a bathroom and, best of all, air conditioning. It's on a quiet, peaceful street, so there were no drunken tourists making noise at night.

The property's location, parking, and access codes were all pluses, but we had several problems inside. We had to buy our own dish soap, garbage bags, and toilet paper. The air conditioning didn't work, and two days after we reported it, we got a humming portable unit. The bedding was sloppy and had been dried in the rain, the kitchen and bathroom drains were clogged, and there was no microwave. There was lots of sand and dust, so we first asked for a mop and vacuum to clean to our standards. The TV also had no internet access. I'd suggest reconfirming every amenity by phone and getting confirmation electronically before booking.
