The physiotherapists were kind and capable, and gave me individual attention whenever I needed it. Their care made my rehabilitation more comfortable and effective. Perła Sanatorium is right by the sea, so the walks and views became a lovely part of my stay. The staff were polite, helpful, and always smiling. I especially enjoyed the warm atmosphere they created with activities like the St. Andrew's Day fortune telling and the cheerful announcements about Santa's visit from the charming "elves." I had a very enjoyable stay in every way. I'd recommend Perła Sanatorium to anyone looking for good treatments alongside attentive care and a welcoming atmosphere.

I believe the appropriate authorities should look into this center, including the Sanitary Inspectorate, the Tax Office, the Labor Inspectorate, and the National Health Fund (NFZ). Reports of food poisoning and diarrhea keep recurring here. The cafe allegedly makes products in conditions that could risk an outbreak or serious food poisoning, and management knows about it but ignores the problem. The Tax Office should examine the center's expenses and costs, the cafe's fiscal records, and the reported lack of receipts for dances and purchases. The National Health Fund (NFZ) should promptly check whether the center is meeting its signed contract. Maybe notifying the relevant authorities is necessary to prevent more cases of food poisoning. I'm not going to turn a blind eye, especially when inspectors get free seaside vacations.

The beaches are lovely and clean, and I enjoyed the walks, sunrises, sunsets, and natural surroundings. It was a great way to recharge for a long time. I spent three weeks at "Perła" in August as a spa guest, and it was easily the best spa stay I've had. The service was friendly, the treatment staff were helpful, and the food was delicious. There are plenty of ways to spend your free time, including table tennis, billiards, the outdoor gym, or renting a bike. The coastline and pine forest nearby have walking and cycling trails. On the ground floor, there's a cafe open most days until 10:00 PM, with evening entertainment, and parking is available on site. I stayed and took part in rehabilitation at the Holiday and Sanatorium in Ustka in early April 2025. The receptionists welcomed us with smiles, and I noticed right away how comfortable, clean, and orderly the place was. Meals were varied and tasty, with buffet breakfasts and dinners, and daily lunch menus that always included fruit for dessert. The medical staff and physiotherapists were friendly, skilled, and committed. They worked well as a team, and I'm grateful for their care and effective treatments. Rooms were cleaned regularly, towels and toiletries were provided, hot water was available around the clock, and the heating worked well. There were kettles on every floor. The rooms are comfortable, and the care and warm atmosphere are wonderful. I found it an ideal place for rest and rehabilitation, especially for seniors.
