The rooms are spotless, and the housekeeping team does a great job. Twice they missed leaving towels in my room, but I just went to reception, asked for some, and someone from the cleaning team knocked with them less than five minutes later. Even small oversights don’t change how good their work is. You can see how much guests rely on them. I’ve been staying here for several weeks, and the food and service have both been excellent. The staff are friendly and always helpful, and they really do try to look after guests. I work there on the night shift, so they clean my room at night, just one example of how accommodating they are. That’s why it feels deserved to give the hotel 5 stars, but I’m giving it 4 for two reasons. I’d like more staff to speak English well. The main people guests usually deal with are fluent, but it would help in other situations if everyone had a better command of it. Also, after each room cleaning, guests are asked to write a Google review about the housekeeping staff and name them. I’m uncomfortable with that. A negative review stays online and can stigmatize an employee, and it could also cause problems with their employer. People see things differently, of course, but I don’t want to be part of publicly shaming staff. To all of you: YOU'RE ALL DOING A GREAT JOB, KEEP IT UP!!!!

The room was very clean, the service was great, and breakfast was perfect. There are great amenities too. Can't wait to come back!

The parking is limited, and you have to pay for it. It isn't cheap or reasonably priced. Inside, both the hotel and rooms feel dated and tired. The dark wood furniture doesn't make the room feel fresh or modern, and the bedroom carpet didn't look clean. The bed was uncomfortable, just two singles pushed together. This definitely didn't feel like a 5 star hotel.

I had a good stay, with a cool pool, good food and helpful staff. The website's bed information was the one thing that kept this from being a 5 star experience. It said the more expensive room for two had a king size bed, so I assumed it meant one full bed, unlike the cheaper option with two beds joined together. But both versions had two beds pushed together. The reservation only made that clear after I'd paid, even though before payment it said king size bed. Shameless, but I still enjoyed the stay.

The staff were EXCEPTIONAL, and it's child friendly. You can bowl, eat at several restaurants, have a drink at a well stocked bar, or visit the spa and dance. There's more here than you'd expect to need. Breakfast was memorable and well worth the money. Don't miss it.
