Hotel Lubicz Spa and Wellness

After spending 10 months at The Lubicz Wellness & Spa for work, Ustka really did feel like a second home. I got to know the staff over that time, and they were consistently professional, courteous and helpful. They made me feel welcome, almost like family. I'll miss them and wish them the best, and I plan to come back for a private stay. My room was spacious, fresh smelling and kept spotlessly clean. I also enjoyed the food. Breakfast had a tasty selection, and the buffet dinner from 17:00 to 19:00 offered different dishes that were consistently good. The à la carte restaurant had some great choices, though I was sad when my favourite starter disappeared from the menu. The bar served excellent drinks, and the live music on Fridays and Saturdays was a lovely extra. I would have liked some light snacks there too, for times when a full meal isn't what you want. The SPA and pool facilities are a real highlight. There are several massages and treatments, plus a peaceful salt cave and infrared sauna. The pool area has a dry sauna, a steam sauna and a great jacuzzi, and I always left feeling refreshed. The location worked well for me. Grand Lubicz is an easy walk away, and I could use its gym, aqua park, restaurants and nightclub/bowling lane. The beach and downtown are about a pleasant 10 to 15-minute walk. My only small suggestions from the longer stay were to add larger, newer TVs and improve the Wi-Fi, which sometimes varied, though it worked when connected. I can recommend The Lubicz Wellness & Spa for a weekend or a longer visit. Update: I visited privately recently and enjoyed it again. The rooms have since been renovated with new faucets, wallpaper, paint and carpeting, which made the room experience noticeably better. There is no longer live music on Fridays or Saturdays, though, and that had been a special, welcoming touch during dinner. Some staff have moved on, which is understandable.

A really nice hotel. It would be helpful if more of the signs and instructions were available in English, since many are only in Polish.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very tasty, with plenty to choose from at both the hot and cold buffet. The hotel has spacious, comfortable rooms and a nice pool area with a good-sized pool, jacuzzi, steam and dry saunas, and a salt room.

Breakfast and dinner were both great, with a wide choice of food and drinks. I also had a lovely time at the pool and relaxed in the jacuzzi area. My room was cosy and convenient, and I slept really well throughout my stay. The service was kind and professional from my first day to my last. I can recommend the Lubisz Hotel in Ustka.
