The location worked well for children, with few stalls around. The standard rooms were pleasant and had everything we needed, and all the staff were very helpful. I think this was my best and tastiest trip to the Polish seaside. Highly recommend it! 👍🏻

There were plenty of interesting activities during my December stay at the rehabilitation retreat. Everything was clean, pleasant, and tasty. The staff across rehabilitation, reception, and the dining hall were impeccable. Special thanks to Agnieszka at reception for being so kind, friendly, and professional. It was a great stay.

Getting through by phone felt like winning the lottery. The place sounds like a complete disaster, and offering deals seems pointless. When I finally reached someone, the receptionist was so rude I hung up. I’m even afraid to go there.

My parents have stayed here twice, and this was my first visit, so my review reflects both their experience and mine. The hotel grounds are a plus, as is being close to the beach, and the food was good. But it’s really gone downhill, and I don’t recommend it. Although our stay was shortened, we were there five days and the room wasn’t properly cleaned. Towels weren’t changed, toilet paper wasn’t refilled, and things weren’t dusted. The bathrooms were dirty, the shower especially so, and the tiles felt sticky. The carpet smelled old, and the laminate floor was filthy. The kitchen staff weren’t helpful, and we had to take the dishes out ourselves, which is a major problem for people with disabilities. The treatments were another issue: just two a day, and only the simplest ones. The treatment rooms were very dirty. Towels on the waterbeds weren’t changed, beds weren’t disinfected between patients, and the machines were dusty. Staff just sat around talking. Total filth!
