The balcony has a wonderful view, and the apartment looks just like it does in the photos. It was clean, smelled lovely, and the cupboards had everything we needed. Ms. Roma was incredibly friendly and kind, always helpful, and communication with her was excellent. The location feels central, though the apartment is tucked away somewhere peaceful and quiet, with parking provided. If you’re thinking of staying in Ustroń, I’d choose Ms. Roma. She and the apartment deserve a 10, not a 5!

It’s almost right in the city center, and every detail seemed carefully thought through. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped, making the stay really comfortable. It would work just as well for a longer visit as a short one. I highly recommend it!

I’ve stayed here several times and have been happy each time. The apartment is carefully designed and put together, in a good spot in Ustroń. It’s quiet despite being in the center, and there’s a parking space. The apartment is very well equipped, and the service was friendly with quick communication.

Everything was close by, though the neighborhood itself was quiet. From the balcony there’s a mountain view. The apartment was lovely, clean, smelled fresh, and had everything, even games and puzzles for the kids. The owner was lovely too. I’d happily stay there again if I visit Ustroń, and definitely recommend it.

It was completely quiet, with no noise from the neighboring properties, and shops were close by. My wife, daughter, and I found the apartment very spacious, with lots of storage and everything we needed. It was in excellent condition and very clean. The owner was kind and easy to communicate with, and thanks for the car :-) We’re really pleased and will definitely return to the same place next time we’re in Ustroń. Hope there are more landlords like her. Thank you, and best regards.
