The staff were really friendly, which was a plus, and the breakfast selection was fine. Still, by about 9:30 the buffet was half empty and there was no coffee except instant unless you paid for it. This might work as an “airport” hotel for a night or two, but not for our five-night stay. Our room wasn't cleaned at all, and we even had to ask for toilet paper, then ran out again after day four. The rest of the hotel didn't seem well cleaned either. The pool looks much bigger in the photos, but it's only a small basin, suitable for kids and not for swimming. About half of the roughly ten fitness machines were broken, while the others were programmed in Spanish. For a place calling itself a SPA/wellness hotel, the rooms had only soap, no shampoo or other products. The cheap slippers fell apart after two or three days and had to be bought, while dressing gowns cost extra to rent. Restaurant food was fast-food quality, and the kitchen shut at 20:00. There’s nowhere to eat within 1 km, so that was a problem.

For the price, I expected a lot more. Breakfast had very few choices, and the service was poor. The pool was often reserved for outside guests or events, sometimes several times a day, and you had to pay for the pool and other games in coins. I can't recommend it.

The rooms were clean, the staff were nice, and the food was good. There’s also a mini beach with a volleyball court, plus a nearby spot to play tennis. The swimming pools were good too. I’d definitely recommend the place.

I liked it and had a very good time. The staff could use a bit more English, though.
