The staff don't seem to understand English. The hostel itself is okay, though the rooms are a bit small.

Communication was difficult, and the service wasn't good this time. Last year it was very nice.

We'd stayed here once before, and my wife and I would come back to the area just to visit Elements Planet and its owners again. Pani Jola and Pan Darek are wonderful, helpful people. They offer advice and make the hostel feel welcoming and family-like. The location right in the center of Ustronia is fantastic, with everything nearby. Even when the weather isn't great, you can fit in short walks during a break in the rain. The rooms are spotless and neat, and each one has its own heating control, so you can set the temperature to suit you. Even some larger hotels don't offer that. The restaurant in the basement has a lovely atmosphere and serves tasty meals. Breakfast is included in the room price and is so plentiful that nobody should leave hungry.
