Spa & Wellness Hotel Diament Ustron

The wellness area is really small, and the jacuzzi feels like it's only meant for about three people. It's always crowded. Sad but true.

The warm, welcoming staff and the great food made a good impression. The buffet was kept stocked almost until closing. Our three-star room was clean, spacious enough, and everything worked. It wasn't especially modern or freshly renovated, but it had what we needed and a nice view. We booked as a couple to ski nearby, and the hotel is clearly geared toward families. Kids were running and shouting from early morning until late at night. That didn't bother us, and we understood the hotel's focus, but it may not suit anyone looking for a quiet stay. The pool area was on the small side but sufficient. It never got too crowded, so we could swim and use both the jacuzzi and sauna. I appreciated that the Finnish-style sauna reached 102 C. Parking was alright even with the hotel fairly full. Some spaces meant reversing, and a few would take a more skilled driver, but I had no trouble parking in the evenings. The main downside was that the staff didn't speak much English. I'm Czech, so we managed by speaking our own languages, but I tried English first because I can understand and express myself better than in Polish.

I had my best experience in years! The employees here were the nicest and most cheerful I've ever met in Poland. They were amazing and really tried their best to make sure we had what we needed and enjoyed our stay. Please show them some appreciation, they deserve it. Thanks to all of them! The food was nice, and the Chicken Pane was a real wow. The pool and spa were super clean and lovely. It's quiet, even for couples, because kids have their own places to play and have fun without disturbing everyone. I'd absolutely recommend it to families with kids and to couples.

A big thank you to all the staff, who were lovely and very helpful. You can tell they want to make your stay a good one. We chose the breakfast package and were glad we did, the food was varied and very tasty. The room was comfortable, with a large balcony. We liked that the hotel itself offered us a little extra time in the room since no new guests were arriving that day. After a full day of walking, the pool and sauna were a great place to relax. Lots of families stay here, but that gave the place a family feel and didn't bother us. Diamond hotel was a lovely place to unwind and recharge.
