Willa Alicja

We’ve just come back from a short two-day stay at Willa Alicja, and it was a really relaxing break. The garden is lovely for both children and adults, and the whole place feels quiet and family-oriented. Pani Alicja was kind and very helpful. Our room was clean, and the kitchenette had everything we needed. Upstairs in the attic there’s a play space for kids, with books and board games too, so there’s something for everyone. We’ll definitely return and recommend it.

The garden was a great place to unwind after our outings, especially with the loungers and hammock, which were so comfortable. We spent a July weekend here and found the whole property peaceful, away from the crowds, with the Vistula River nearby and greenery all around. There’s plenty for children indoors too, including puzzles, toys, and a big playroom. The house has two shared kitchens, a dining room, and a spot to sit, read, or watch TV. Our room was clean, comfortable, well thought out, and nicely equipped; I think nearly every room has a balcony. Outside there’s parking, a shaded garden, a playground, a gazebo with a barbecue, and fire pits. Ela was always smiling, positive, helpful, and welcoming. She really knows how to run a place like this. If we’re back in the area, we’ll stay here again.

We’ve stayed here many times and keep coming back. The shared areas are laid out so several groups can be there without getting in each other’s way. Rooms are clean and well kept, and families have lots to use, from things in the garden to the attic playroom. There’s also a big garden with barbecue and bonfire areas. Highly recommend it.

The room we booked was on the small side, but the shared spaces were much better than expected. There’s a properly equipped kitchen and a large dining area, plus an attic lounge with books, puzzles, and games. Kids also have a playroom with a ping-pong table and other activities. It’s a pleasant guesthouse in Ustroń, a little way from the center, with plenty of parking and a nice garden and surroundings. The owners are friendly, and everything was tidy and well maintained. It has a hostel-like feel.
