The location is absolutely stunning, and that's the main reason I'd recommend staying here. My comments are about the hotel itself. I hope that by the time you read this, there's a reply saying these things have been sorted. On a three-night stay for two, we got just two coffee pods, with extras costing 5zł. It makes you wonder why there's a coffee machine at all. Both rooms were nicely finished but oddly sparse, with a large empty area in each. At breakfast, the lovely view came with a printed list on the table showing what you'd be charged for breaking the plain Ikea kitchenware. We were also charged a 500zł deposit on arrival, which wasn't mentioned in the confirmation. Why spoil a good experience over a few groszy? I hope they improve these things, because if they do, we'll surely return. The setting is incredible.

Staying here felt like a dream, with a spectacular sea view from the apartment and a place to share special moments with someone you care about. When the sun goes down, it's hard not to fall in love with Boulevard Ustronie Morskie.

Customer service is non-existent. Registration is a useless mess: I can't get through by phone, the line is always busy, and nobody calls back. The room payment went through without any confirmation.
